I have been utilizing Kit Rautio’s CAD design business for a number of years and I am very pleased with his work. Kit is flexible and produces house plans in an expedient manner in a variety of formats including fax, electronic, and paper.  I have had to approach Kit with a number of unique requests and he has always been able to accommodate my needs including producing renderings that are good enough to use in my marketing.
