Unable to afford an architects fees, I scoured the internet looking for the perfect house plan.  The more I looked, the more discouraged I got -- I just couldn't find anything that was "me"!  That's when I called Kit.

The first day I met Kit, I handed him a giant stack of badly drawn scribbles, a bunch of "internet stock plans" that had a few features I liked, magazine pictures of home features I liked and disliked, a site plan that had a long list of restrictions, and a VERY long laundry list of additional requirements (financial goals, aesthetic goals, space needs, etc).   Kit listened patiently, then went to work. Two weeks later he presented me with a plan that was close to perfect -- somehow, he was able to disseminate my giant list of random thoughts to a house plan I loved on the very first try!  A couple of drafts later to tweak the details & I had a plan that was sufficient to give to a builder.

A strong sense of design, the knowledge of a builder, and the organizational ability to accommodate my every-expanding needs and wants allowed Kit to translate my dreams into reality.
