About Me

A construction professional with more than 24 years of diverse experience including: design, estimating, project management, site supervision, sub-contractor & crew supervision, construction layout & surveying and heavy equipment operator.

Background includes formal education in the field of Architectural Engineering at both Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston Mass and New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord NH, as well as working in the field as the person in charge of layout and grades, to heavy equipment operator to supervisor; and also in the office as an estimator and project manager.   I have also worked directly with the owners both in the preliminary stages and throughout the building phase, assisting with design considerations and to facilitate the project from the project management and supervision aspects.

Being the person responsible for quality control and punch list items, it develops an eye for the details that others may not pick up.

While my formal education has come mainly from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston Mass and NHTI in Concord NH in the field of Architectural Engineering, I believe that one should never stop looking to learn something new.   I have also held a Mass State Supervisors License since 1999 and have overseen the design and/or construction of well over 100 homes and various commercial/ industrial buildings, from office buildings to airplane hangers.  Due to my background in heavy construction, I also had the opportunity to supervise and be the project manager for the first Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) active spillway dam in New Hampshire.
