Owner/ Designer, Kit Rautio, has worked in the construction industry for over 24 years. With a combination of formal education and hands on experience in both the residential and commercial fields, it has allowed him to gain the ‘know-how’ necessary to provide quality assessments or  home design concepts that meet the clients needs.
